| | Your Hostess, Susan Weigel is a highly acclaimed Chef, having worked under renowned chefs in Toronto.
The Weigel family was featured in the "London Free Press" on numerous occassions, as well as the "Hamilton Spectator", the "Lakeshore Advance", and "CBC Television and Radio", during their tenure at the "Bayview Dining Lounge" from 1987 to 2001. The "Bayview Dining Lounge" was also located on Lake Huron, between Grand Bend and Bayfield, Ontario.
